• McGill Undergrads (usually political science students, but the more the merrier)
  • That's it. If your paper is related to the field, Both English and French written papers are more than welcome.
  • Well-structured arguments
  • Good grammar
  • Strong syntax
  • Uniqueness
  • 8-12 pages (Ideally...message us about longer ones)
  • Papers written for 300-level classes or higher (unless your 200-level paper is extraordinary)

What’s the MJPS?

It’s that time of year again! McGill’s Journal of Political Studies (MJPS) is looking to be bigger and better than ever! The MJPS is the undergraduate research journal for Political Science Studies at McGill, composed of papers written by and edited by undergraduate students.  It is a great opportunity for undergraduate students to be published while pursuing subjects that interest them!

DATE OF LAUNCH: APRIL 7TH 2016

Our VP Academic Jesse Shuster-Leibner and Editor-In-Chief Erica Pedersen will be spearheading the journal.

We are no longer accepting submissions for the 2015-2016 Journal. If you will
be returning to McGill, please keep your papers and resubmit next year!
