The Political Science Games
The Political Science Students' Association is pleased to present the Political Science Games! The Political Science Games is an academic competition that will pit 18 teams of McGill's best and brightest against one another in a two-part contest featuring a case competition on electoral reform and a European Council simulation. The winning team will not only have their names inscribed on plaques that showcase their immense intelligence but will also win three $25 Gerts' gift cards! Sound interesting? A few quick details
-3 people per team - participants do not necessarily have to be in PoliSci
-There is a registration fee of $9 payable when teams complete their registration by visiting the PSSA office to pick up their registration package - all proceeds go to to the Against Malaria Foundation! https://www.againstmalaria.com/
-Date & Time: March 18th 10:00AM - 4:30PM
-Location: SSMU (Shatner) Building
-Participants will prepare a 15-minute presentation with a plan for Canadian electoral reform - presentations are to be prepared in advance
-Lunch will be provided
-Participants will also take part in a simulation of the European Council Brexit negotiations
