President - Bella Harvey Hi all! I'm Bella, and I am so grateful to be serving as your President for this year. I am a U3 student pursuing a degree in Honours Political Science with a minor in Philosophy, but more personally, I am the personified meme of the person that is 70% tea rather than water, and my happy place is somewhere in the Rocky Mountains (Lake Louise!!!). I’m looking forward to continuing to foster the supportive and inclusive community that is the PSSA, and to contribute to the association that has given me so much. I want the PSSA to truly be a welcoming and effective representative body that is a genuine source of community, as well as a forum for students to be engaged with the program and department on a substantive level. I look forward to meeting all of you around campus (likely at Schulich library or on one of my many trips to SNAX); moreover, if there is ever anything I can do for you, please reach out at president@mcgillpssa.ca , and say hi if you see me around! Stay tuned for great things!

VP Internal - Esli Chan Hi friends! My name is Esli and I will be your VP Internal for the 2018-2019 academic year. I am originally from Vancouver and am currently a U3 Honours Political Science student with a minor in Social Entrepreneurship. You can often find me with a coffee in hand, either on campus at SNAX or at nearby cafe! In my free time, I also like to explore the outdoors, binge-watch the Border Security TV Show, or go dog-spotting. This year, I hope create a stronger first year community and expand our mentorship program. If you ever have any questions about PSSA or just want to chat, feel free to stop me in the hallways if you ever see me or email me at internal@mcgillpssa.ca

VP Academic - Eric Krol Hello dear friends! My name is Eric Krol and it is with great pleasure that I will be serving as your VP Academic for the 2018-2019 academic year! I’ve also had the privilege of serving as this position in the previous year. From the lovely city of Mississauga, Ontario, I am a U3 Joint Honours Political Science and History student. Specifically, I am passionate about International Relations and World History. Besides academics I love football (or as people here say, soccer), biking, Rock, EDM, exploring Montreal and Café Campus on a Tuesday. If you ever see me around campus or dancing it up at my home (Café Campus), please come and say hi to me! I always love talking to new people and I want to reiterate that I am always here when any of you may have questions, comments or concerns at academic@mcgillpssa.ca or during the PSSA office hours. I am so thrilled to be working with the rest of the PSSA exec to ensure that we make this year our best one yet! ❤

VP Communications – Albert Gunnison Hey everyone! I'm Albert, and I'll be serving as your VP Communications this year. I'm a U2 student with a double major in Political Science and Economics, and a minor in History. In addition to being a huge politics lover, my life pretty much revolves around basketball. I'm a huge Boston Celtics fan and I'm on two intramural basketball teams this fall. I'm an American from the great state of New Hampshire, but I love Montreal and everything it has to offer, particularly the food, scenery, and the weather (believe it or not). Additionally, I run my own movie review blog and I'm a floor fellow at the EVO Rez in Old Montreal. Contact me at communications@mcgillpssa.ca if you have any questions or you'd like to submit something to the listserv. Go Celtics!!

VP Finance – Anushkay Raza Hi friends! My name is Anushkay, and I’m your VP finance! I’m a U2 student with a major in Political Science and a double minor in Econ and Sociology. Two fun facts: I am unhealthily obsessed with Brooklyn 99 and my favorite place on this earth is Lions Valley Park, so that’s where you’ll find me during the holidays. I’m super excited to be apart of the exec team this year, because it’ll allow me to give back to this incredible association! I’m hoping to not only create more responsibility in regards to our finances, but also to grow our amazing sponsorship program. If you ever see me around campus, please feel free to say hi, or if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to message me! I’m so hyped to be working with you and the rest of the exec team to make this year the best one yet!

VP Events - Mary Lynne Loftus Hi poli sci pals! My name is Mary Lynne and I’m a U2 student, majoring in Political Science and double minoring in Communications and Canadian Ethnic and Racial Studies. I couldn’t be more excited and honoured to serve as your 2018-2019 VP Events! In my spare time, I am an avid brunch goer and enjoy yoga, concerts and classic movies (anything with Audrey Hepburn or Humphrey Bogart). This year, I want to offer more avenues for Political Science students to connect with one another outside of the classroom, as well as networking opportunities. Our department can feel large and intimidating sometimes so it’s my aim to make sure you find your community within it. I’m happy to chat if you have any event ideas, feedback or just want to say hi. My mailbox is always open at events@mcgillpssa.ca or feel free to contact me through Facebook.
